WORKS / CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT + IMPLEMENTATION

The client’s request for a new type of restaurant in Seoul developed into the concept “East Meets East”. The wonders of Cantonese cuisine were redefined and updated for the contemporary Korean palate with Japanese cooking methods and design. Two young Japanese and Korean artisans were commissioned for the custom-made tableware to introduce blupond also as a forum for young artists. All lighting is from the hizuki and vessels of light collections.
