A 142-seat Japanese restaurant located within the La Qua complex in Tokyo. The menu concept was planned for a diverse market, including pleasure and corporate dining. Popular izakaya style dishes were upgraded with new food materials and a twist on seasonings and sauces, and an emphasis on simple presentation. Taking cue from the restaurant name, the potter Rosanjinâs house located in Kazama of Tochigi Prefecture, the custom-designed tableware was produced in the same town and also in Arita of Saga Prefecture. All lighting is from the hizuki collection.
